Provision of the video condisult, chat or other media of a non -face -to -face communication by Grupo HLA:Grupo HLA will deal and, where appropriate, will yield to third parties designated by the patient their personal data to provide the service of videoconsulta, chat or other made available by Grupo HLA to the extent that they are contemplated in the context of the provision of healthcare contracted by the patient. In this way, the patient may, through the programs and applications downloaded to this purpose, communicate with the personnel in a non -face -to -face way and provide documentation in order to solve any questions that could arise in the context of the services provided by Grupo HLA.
